What BillSwaps is

BillSwaps is a facilitator and discovery platform that helps businesses find each other and exchange services (barter/permuta) instead of paying cash. We are not a party to any trade, not your agent, guarantor, escrow or adviser.

Fees

• Listing and browsing are free.
• A €10 reservation deposit unlocks a business's contact details and opens the introduction.
• A 6% completion fee on the agreed swap value applies when a trade completes; BillSwaps invoices the provider. Payments go live at launch.

Your responsibilities

• List only genuine services you can deliver, with honest, fair-market values.
• Agree scope and value directly with your counterparty; each side issues its own valid invoice and handles its own IVA/IRPF obligations.
• No prohibited, regulated-without-licence, deceptive, or unlawful offers.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee matches, delivery, quality, value, or the conduct of any business. Standard documents we provide (agreement, valuation worksheet, arbitration clause, compliance checklist) are non-personalised templates for convenience only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BillSwaps is not liable for the acts, omissions, or trades of its users. The exchange of value happens between the two businesses; we never handle it.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. We may update them; material changes will be posted here. See also Privacy Policy and Vertrouwen & belasting.
