BillSwaps ("we") is a business-to-business barter facilitation and discovery platform for Alicante and the Costa Blanca. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Business listing data you submit: business/trading name, town/region, category, the services you offer and need, and value ranges.
• Contact data: the email address you provide to list or to reserve an introduction.
• Usage & anonymous analytics: consented, aggregated event data (no cross-site profiling).

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To publish your listing and match you with counterparties — on the basis of your consent and to perform the service you requested.
• To contact you about matches and introductions you asked for.
• To keep the marketplace safe (moderation, fraud prevention) — our legitimate interest.

Sharing & processors

We use infrastructure providers to run the service (hosting, database, and — where enabled — error monitoring on an EU data region). Your business listing is public by design; your contact details are shown to another business only after a reservation. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Listings expire after 30 days unless renewed. We keep account and deal records only as long as needed for the service and for legal/tax record-keeping.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact gino.smit@gmail.com.
